The Periscope HD application transforms your spare iPhone or iPad device into a fully functional wireless IP camera, providing monitoring capabilities for your home, kids, and pets at no additional cost.
- No initial configuration is required for utilizing the Periscope Pro feature. Users can easily locate the application by searching "Periscope Pro" on the Mac App Store or by visiting bit.ly/periscope_pro via their Mac Browser.
- To operate Periscope HD independently from Periscope Pro, users can access the "Preferences" tab to retrieve the RTSP URL. Subsequently, this URL can be integrated into a preferred RTSP-compatible video player or IP camera viewer. While functionality is expected, it has not been officially verified through testing.

- Video: H.264, 1280x720 resolution, 30 fps
- Audio: G.711 PCMU at 8000 Hz
- Networking: RTSP over UDP, RTSP over TCP, Bonjour compatibility
